On various bike paths and mountain bike trails, spanning 350 km (217 miles), you can face your next sporting challenge while exploring the serene surroundings. The free bike park in Söll is a two-minute walk from our building and the perfect destination for all cycling fans.

Bicycles, e-bikes, or mountain bikes as well as child seats and trailers can be rented at Easy Bike Tirol and at Sporthaus Edinger at the valley station or in the village. If you book online you get a 10% discount at Sporthaus Edinger.
Rock climbing, bouldering,
and canyoning
The Wilder Kaiser region is an Eldorado for all climbing enthusiasts. In the surrounding area you will find climbing parks, bouldering halls, amazing practice rocks, and via ferratas where adventure is guaranteed. An informational brochure is available for you in our info corner.
Paragliding
Experience one of the most fascinating aerial sports in the Wilder Kaiser region. The Hohe Salve mountain is one of the most popular paragliding hotspots in Tyrol and guarantees an adrenaline kick.
Trail running
The Wilder Kaiser region features trails in all difficulty levels and provides sporting challenges for people who are looking for a change from running on paved roads.
Tour de Tirol
This trail running event is an absolute highlight in the fall. Three different tracks at 10 km (6 miles), 26 km (16 miles), and 42 km (26 miles) can be covered alone or as a team. We support this event as a partner event. In the mood for an athletic challenge? Then join us! The start and finish are only a few minutes walking distance from our building.
Triathlon training ground
The “MOUNTAIN FRESH – alpine easy stay” is the perfect starting point for extensive triathlon training. Right in front of our building you have several opportunities for swimming, running, and cycling as well as the perfect conditions to get a real workout.

The Ahornsee lake right next to our place features a separate children’s area with reservoirs and water stations, four jetties, a beach volleyball court, and a kiosk with refreshing drinks and snacks. From the MOUNTAIN FRESH straight to a fun time in the water. The Ahornsee lake right next to our place features a separate children’s area with reservoirs and water stations, four jetties, a beach volleyball court, and a kiosk with refreshing drinks and snacks. The perfect place to spend a pleasant summer’s day.
Playground
The nearest playground is located at the Ahornsee lake. If you buy something from the kiosk, you can visit the swimming area without paying admission. Another playground is located in the Wies district of Söll. Various attractions open to the public, such as swings and climbing frames, offer your children plenty of opportunities to let off steam.
Der Bergdoktor
Leisurely walks and bike tours in the surrounding area are the perfect opportunity to explore the region. How about a trip to the Bergdoktor filming locations (“Mountain Doctor” TV series)? Visit the original locations and get a look behind the scenes of the doctor series. You can reach the famous Bergdoktorhaus from MOUNTAIN FRESH on foot, by bike, or by tractor shuttle.
Almabtrieb
Almabtrieb is the ceremonial cattle drive from the mountain pastures into the valley in the fall. You can experience this festive tradition up close and personal. Accompanied by the municipal band, the alpine cattle return to their home stables at the end of the alpine summer. The celebration includes regional delicacies at the market stands. On our balcony you can secure pole position to get an up-close view of this spectacle.
